I’m Azadeh R., and my journey into the world of psychology began when I was born in 1977. My academic path led me to the field of counseling, where I pursued my studies all the way to a master’s degree. In 2018, I reached a significant milestone by successfully defending my thesis titled “The Relationship Between Practical Obsessions and Superstitions.” Since then, I’ve explored various psychological approaches through several courses, but schema therapy resonated with me the most.
Under the guidance of some extraordinary supervisors, I acquired mastery in the schema therapy approach. My passion lies in individual therapy, and I’m committed to continually advancing my expertise in this field. My goal is to provide compassionate and effective care to those seeking to understand themselves better and make meaningful changes in their lives.
