I’m a psychiatrist and a psychodynamic psychotherapist with over 20 years of experience in providing psychotherapy both in person and online. My work spans individual, couples, family, and group therapy, and I am deeply committed to supporting people through every stage of their personal and relational growth.
In addition to my clinical work, I have designed and led a variety of workshops for university students and others seeking to explore different approaches to psychotherapy. As a leadership coach, I also facilitate team and group coaching sessions for organizations, helping professionals navigate challenges and build stronger, more connected teams.
I am a certified Balint group leader, having facilitated over 200 sessions with therapists—including physicians and psychologists—both online and in person. Supporting fellow therapists is a passion of mine, and I offer supervision sessions to psychotherapists and group therapists who are looking to deepen their skills and grow in their careers.
My approach is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and a genuine belief in the power of human connection and reflection.
