I’m Maryam Omidbeygi, a licensed psychologist with over 10 years of experience in clinical practice. My passion is to help individuals navigate mental health challenges, chronic illnesses, and emotional difficulties with evidence-based therapy approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
My Ph.D. specialization focused on working with individuals with special needs and chronic conditions, particularly those facing cancer and multiple sclerosis (MS). I have worked extensively with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues, guiding them toward self-awareness, resilience, and emotional balance.
In addition to one-on-one therapy, I have a strong background in student counseling, family support, and couples therapy, helping individuals build stronger relationships and navigate personal and professional challenges. I also design and lead workshops to enhance life skills, emotional well-being, and effective coping strategies.
I believe that healing happens in a safe and supportive space where people feel heard, understood, and empowered. My goal is to help my clients break free from limiting patterns, develop healthier perspectives, and build a fulfilling, balanced life.
