Professional Bio

I am a psychotherapist with over 15 years of professional experience in the field of mental health, grounded in depth psychology. Over the years, I’ve worked with individuals and couples facing a wide range of challenges including anxiety, depression, relational trauma, identity struggles, and existential crises. My therapeutic approach is rooted in empathy, deep listening, and the belief that each person holds within them the capacity for healing and transformation. I strive to create a safe and respectful space where clients can explore their inner worlds, uncover the roots of their pain, and move toward meaningful change.

My work extends beyond the therapy room. As a passionate writer and translator, I have translated and published 13 books in the field of Jungian psychology, with the aim of bridging complex theory and human experience. I am also certified in Hypnotherapy, Sex Therapy, Couples Therapy, and Analytical Psychology, which allows me to approach each client’s needs holistically and with flexibility. I have a particular interest in cross-cultural mental health and supporting individuals navigating life between worlds. I see psychotherapy as a deep and human dialogue — one that brings light to confusion, gives meaning to pain, and helps people reconnect with their true selves.
