Professional Bio

I’m Yasaman Baradar, a psychologist and counselor with over two decades of experience. My journey began in 2001 through volunteer work with NGOs supporting children and families in underprivileged areas of Tehran. Over the years, I’ve completed extensive training with both Iranian and international institutions, including UNICEF, focusing on child and women’s rights, child labor, and family support.

Since 2012, I’ve been working professionally as a counselor while continuing advanced training and supervision with leading experts like Dr. Mohammadreza Sargolzaei. With the rise of online therapy in 2020, I’ve had the opportunity to work with clients across different cities and countries.

My therapeutic approach is rooted in Psychoanalytic and Redecision Therapy, drawing on Jungian psychology, Transactional Analysis, Schema Therapy, REBT, as well as techniques from hypnotherapy and NLP. I’m deeply committed to creating a safe and supportive space for growth and transformation.
