I\u2019m Maryam Omidbeygi, a licensed psychologist with over 10 years of experience in clinical practice. My passion is to help individuals navigate mental health challenges, chronic illnesses, and emotional difficulties with evidence-based therapy approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).<\/p>\n
My Ph.D. specialization focused on working with individuals with special needs and chronic conditions, particularly those facing cancer and multiple sclerosis (MS). I have worked extensively with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues, guiding them toward self-awareness, resilience, and emotional balance.<\/p>\n
In addition to one-on-one therapy, I have a strong background in student counseling, family support, and couples therapy, helping individuals build stronger relationships and navigate personal and professional challenges. I also design and lead workshops to enhance life skills, emotional well-being, and effective coping strategies.<\/p>\n
I believe that healing happens in a safe and supportive space where people feel heard, understood, and empowered.
