I am a clinical psychologist and psychotherapist with over six years of experience working in both university and clinical settings. For six years, I served as a psychologist at a medical sciences university, providing therapy and counseling to students and faculty members. In parallel, I have been seeing clients in a clinical setting under professional supervision, supporting individuals through a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges.
For the past four years, I have been deeply engaged in continuous training and supervision in the psychodynamic/psychoanalytic approach, working with a personal therapist and supervisor to deepen my clinical insight and presence. Additionally, I incorporate the Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) approach into my practice to help clients access, understand, and transform their emotional experiences.
My main focus is individual therapy, with a strong emphasis on personal growth and self-awareness. I am passionate about helping people navigate life’s transitions, understand the deeper roots of their emotional struggles, and build more fulfilling, authentic lives. I strive to create a safe and reflective space where healing, exploration, and change can unfold at the client’s own pace.
