As a health psychologist specializing in psychosomatic disorders, my expertise includes the treatment and management of physical conditions such as diabetes, chronic pain, and mental health issues arising from these conditions. I utilize various therapeutic techniques to help individuals manage and reduce physical symptoms and related anxiety. In this field, approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) are implemented.
Additionally, as a psycho-oncology specialist, I work in areas related to grief, bereavement, and trauma, both at the individual level and within family settings. I employ advanced methods such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), hypnotherapy, and Short-Term Dynamic Therapy (EST) to support patients in overcoming trauma and psychological challenges through effective and specialized therapies.
Alongside my clinical work, I also serve as a university lecturer and conduct educational workshops, training psychologists and students while sharing the latest insights in psychology. This role allows me to contribute to the development of future mental health professionals and expand knowledge in the field.
