Professional Bio

From a young age, I was captivated by the mysteries of the human mind. This natural curiosity and a spirit of exploration during various stages of my life led me on a journey towards understanding the mental world. The more I delved into the subject, the more my interest grew, turning what began as fascination into a full-fledged profession.

Though my career started in a seemingly unrelated field as a nutrition consultant for the Diabetes Association, where I dedicated myself to educating diabetic patients, I found myself increasingly drawn to psychological studies. The transition wasn’t abrupt but rather a gradual realization of where my passion truly lay.

I value problem-solving not only as a critical skill but as an integral part of my therapy approach. To me, being a therapist is more than merely being an active listener; it is about engaging, understanding, and guiding.

Over the years, whether working as a university lecturer or offering therapy in the treatment room, I’ve wholeheartedly embraced therapy and teaching. My dedication to my craft led me to explore different therapeutic approaches, taking various courses to expand my knowledge and skills.

Among the many methods I’ve studied, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and schema therapy have proven particularly beneficial for my clients, although I recognize the effectiveness of many different approaches. I have hosted workshops on topics such as schema therapy, life skills, stable relationship architecture, dream analysis, free association, and psychopathology for psychology students. Additionally, I have conducted both online and in-person courses on Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT).

I firmly believe that each person can contribute to making the world a more beautiful place, both for themselves and for others. In my work, I strive to empower my clients to do just that, helping them understand and navigate the complexities of their mental landscapes.
