I am a licensed psychodynamic psychotherapist specializing in Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy (ISTDP), under official supervision of IEDTA. I began my professional journey in psychotherapy in 2018 and since then, I’ve worked with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, panic disorders, personality disorders, and other intrapsychic challenges.
I also offer evidence-based premarital counseling using the SWAP interview method, and have a strong background in research with published translations and articles in the fields of life skills and psychosomatic disorders.
As a university lecturer and member of the Iranian Psychological Organization, I’m passionate about integrating international training into my work—believing that professional growth in psychotherapy must go hand in hand with deep personal development.
For me, psychotherapy is more than a method—it’s an evolving art, shaped by human complexity and enriched by music, literature, and the arts. Despite its challenges, the path of self-awareness and healing can become one of the most valuable and transformative experiences in a person’s life.
