I am Taraneh Moazzeni, a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC) and a Certified Canadian Counsellor (CCC) with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA). I am also a Candidate for the Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS) designation and serve as a Canadian Certified Supervisor (CCS), offering clinical supervision and mentorship to other therapists in their professional development.
I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Person-Centered and Gestalt approaches, as well as Schema Therapy and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) in my work.
I offer therapy for individuals, couples, marriages, families, groups, rehabilitation, and seniors, supporting them through growth, relationships, and healing.
In my therapy room, I invite you into a quiet space, a space where moments of stillness, silence, and presence help you discover new parts of yourself.
Here, you can come closer to your inner world, listen deeply to your emotions, and experience what it truly means to be heard.
Through the shared rhythm of our therapeutic journey, much like a gentle dance, we explore calmness, awareness, and healing.
Staying calm is the wisdom of the mind; together, we learn how to draw from it and stop unintentionally hurting ourselves in our search for wholeness.
Therapy, to me, is a courageous journey, filled with both letting go and becoming anew.
Sometimes, the hardest loss is saying goodbye to the older version of yourself. Are you ready for that transformation?
