I’m Nooshin Navazani, a clinical and occupational psychologist based in London with over a decade of experience supporting adults, couples, and families facing anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and workplace-related challenges. My work is centred on helping individuals develop deeper self-awareness, build emotional resilience, and move toward meaningful and lasting change in their personal and professional lives.
I offer evidence-based psychotherapy and coaching to individuals, couples, and families, delivered both online and in person. My therapeutic approach integrates cognitive behavioural therapy, mindfulness-based interventions, and coaching frameworks, allowing sessions to be both reflective and practical. In my clinical work, I place strong emphasis on ethical practice, psychological safety, and care grounded in up-to-date clinical knowledge.
Alongside individual and relational therapy, I draw on my background in occupational psychology to support clients dealing with work-related stress, burnout, role transitions, and professional decision-making. I provide therapy in both English and Farsi and pay close attention to cultural context, empowerment, and creating a supportive, results-oriented therapeutic space where clients feel understood and supported throughout their journey.
