I am a licensed psychologist practicing in Italy, with extensive clinical experience in psychotherapy. I am currently pursuing a four-year specialization in Analytical Psychotherapy at SGAI (Società Gruppo Analitico Antropologico Italiana), where I am deepening my work within psychodynamic and analytical traditions. I have also completed over 1,000 hours of advanced professional training in psychodynamic psychotherapy and modern psychoanalysis, and I continue to work under regular clinical supervision to refine and enrich my therapeutic practice.
My passion for psychology is deeply personal. After immigrating to Italy and navigating my own journey of cultural adaptation, identity, and belonging, I developed a special interest in supporting immigrants and individuals experiencing major transitions. I understand how migration can shape one’s emotional world, its challenges, questions, and the longing to remain connected to oneself across different cultures.
My therapeutic approach is rooted in Clinical Dynamic Psychology, while integrating a range of evidence-based and creative modalities. I believe that every person carries emotional wounds, often shaped in early experiences, yet each of us holds the capacity to understand, heal, and transform these into resilience and inner strength. Therapy, to me, is a collaborative and reparative process where pain is acknowledged, held, and gradually turned into new meaning and personal growth.
I offer individual therapy, group therapy, and support for individuals with special needs, with a focus on themes such as migration challenges, emotional development, identity, and interpersonal relationships.
My goal is to provide a safe, empathic, and thoughtful space where you can explore your inner world, reconnect with your authentic self, and move toward balance, healing, and a deeper sense of wholeness.
